When You Could Require Ultrasound
Ultrasound is the first diagnostic imaging option because it is radiation-free, fast and pain-free. You may require one if:
- You are due for routine or follow-up scan while pregnant.
- You are experiencing stomach pain, that need investigation
- You have lower abdominal pelvic pain or a suspected fibroid
- As part of your diagnosis, your doctor requested ultrasound.
- You have a possible gallbladder disorder, liver or kidney issue

Ultrasound Services We Offer
If you are an expectant mother (pregnant) and you are heavily bleeding or having severe abdominal pain, or you have sudden, severe pain of any type, seek immediate care rather than booking a regular scan.
Pregnancy Ultrasound
The imaging scan that confirm pregnancy, estimate delivery date and monitor fetal growth and development.
Abdominal Ultrasound
This imaging is used to investigate abdominal pain. It is the imaging of the kidney, liver and pancrease.
Pelvic Ultrasound
This imaging involves uterus, ovaries, and bladder. It is used to diagnose pelvic pain, abnornal bleeding and cyst.
Transvaginal Ultrasound
This is a more comprehensive pelvic scan, used to assess early pregnancy and a closer diagnosis of ovaries and uterus.
